DOG HANDLER

We are looking for an experienced loving Dog handler for our busy positive reinforcement doggy daycare located in Richmond. 

⁃ Must be comfortable working with groups of dogs of all sizes
⁃ Duties include: supervising play and using positive reinforcement techniques, a high level of interaction with our amazing clients, cleaning, feeding, doing laundry, and use of our computer system
⁃ This position does require spending most of the day outside in all weather conditions being very active with the dogs, however there is a heated shelter for both dogs and humans outside
⁃ Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and be on your feet most of the day
⁃ Dog handling experience, particularly in a group setting is preferred
⁃ Customer service experience is an asset

Approximately 25-40 hours a week, weekends and overnights available, We are a 24/7 365 business. Preference for employees with flexible schedules.
