New to Playful Pups?
It is never too late to begin your journey at Playful Pups!
Please fill out our intake form with details about your pup and create a Gingr profile to book future reservations
Intakes can take up to a week to be reviewed. Once reviewed, you will receive a text to schedule your pup’s first day!
Visits are by appointment only
Before Your First Day:
Sign our agreements
These must be signed in order to book your trial day!
Upload vaccination records
These must be uploaded to your Gingr account in order to book your trial day!
Ensure your Gingr profile has been created!
We cannot book your reservation without one!

When You Arrive / Pick-up:
Arrive Early!
7am-8am weekdays or 8am-9am weekends
Call from your car
Follow the directions from our staff for when you can come up to our office with your pup or to pick-up
Waiting outside your car, cutting in line
Some dogs may be reactive to strangers or other dogs, so for everyone’s safety, we ask that you wait within your car and adhere to your spot in queue given to you by our staff when you call

What To Bring / Not To Bring:
Flat Clip Collar
No chains, large hanging items or martingale-style collars as these can be unsafe during play
Standard Leash
We do not accept flexi-leashes
Food (if necessary)
Food is not necessary as it is normal for dogs to be nervous in a new environment and not eat on their first day. If bringing, please use disposable bags.
Personal beds, toys, kennels, etc
Personal items may be lost, damaged, or cause your pup to guard them. Rest assured, we have all the supplies you could imagine!

Preparing For Your First Day
After Your First Day
First days are typically a half day, or under 6 hours, to ensure your pup has a positive experience at our daycare. At pick-up, our staff will give you a summary of their day, any friends they made, and any other notes
You are welcome to book future reservations through your Gingr account
Visits are by appointment only
Daycare Drop-offs run until 12:00pm
Boarding Drop-offs run until 6:00pm
